I was quite anxious on my first consultation appointment since I've never been to a hair salon before, but Louisa was really friendly and I enjoyed the experience. Looking forward to the first haircut appointment :3

The owner Louisa is such a nice person and a very skilled professional! She made me feel at home in her salon and really took the time for me and answer all my questions (and they were a lot!) I am really happy with the end result. Definitely recommend anyone going to Hair Machine!
